"Still bad! Understaffed with 90 minute wait times. Customers being routinely and nonchalantly told of excessive wait times and then annoyingly asked if they registered online. Stylists moseying around the shop, doing no discernable work, with zero sense of urgency, losing business from the two-thirds of walk-ins that walk right back out. What is going on here? I get the online pre-registration is supposed to help with long wait times, but it seems that staffing has been reduced before this newfound approach was fully vetted. I'm looking elsewhere."

"Worst hair cut. Completely incompetent. Martha managed to turn scissors on the top into a bad buzz cut. The only thing consistent here is the inconsistency of quality."

"Don’t let Martha cut your hair. Didn’t listen to a bit of my instructions and did whatever the hell she wanted with my hair worst haircut I’ve ever had. Had to come back in and have Jenna attempt to fix what Martha did which I appreciated. Also thanks to Jenna I was refunded for the haircut and was given a free haircut in addition to my refund. As much as I don’t like the way my hair was cut that customer service was awesome thanks Jenna."

"Great haircuts, well worth the extra cost compared to the generic $7 places. The staff will save notes after each haircut for reference when you go back, which is very helpful. This store is well staffed and the wait isn't very long, even when it seems really busy. Make sure to use the online check-in, it's the best innovation for haircutteries in years. Sports Clips is one of the best online check-in apps around."
