While I’ve been coming to the Batavia location for years, I’ve never had the “luck of the draw” to have my hair cut by Kathleen (Katt). From now on I’ll actually specify her when I sign in, even if it means waiting longer! While every cutter has been good, Kathleen was especially meticulous and thorough, as well as being very friendly and personable. She moved things along very efficiently balanced against not making it feel rushed or procedural. In simplest terms, Kathleen comes across as a fun-yet-professional human rather than as a move-‘em-along “robot”. People don’t get haircuts from a business, they get them from people - and Kathleen undoubtedly gets people coming back. I will be one of them. Thanks!
